Join us this evening for our newest Nederland community tradition: it’s Wednesday Farm Stand at Salto. These farmers are a true local treasure to our culinary pallet. Your average vegetable travels over 2000 miles before it gets to your plate. These come from just down the road. Help us support the local farmers that bolster our own kitchen (both at the restaurant and at home). Come say hi !
